1. Business Information

Royal Muse Atelier is operated by ZOTEDA CO., LTD, registered in Dongguan, Guangdong, China.

Business address: 3rd Floor, Building 1, No. 8 Jianshe Street, Lingxia District, Liaobu Town, Dongguan, China

General enquiries: concierge@royalmuse.cn

2. Eligibility and Website Use

You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, introduce harmful code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the website unlawfully, or use its content in violation of law or these terms.

3. Product Information

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours, scale, and appearance may vary between screens, lighting conditions, and photographs.

Natural gemstones vary in colour, tone, translucency, inclusions, veining, texture, and pattern. These inherent characteristics and reasonable differences between natural stones are not manufacturing defects.

Measurements and weights may be approximate. Packaging may change without materially reducing product quality or function.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed when we issue an acceptance or dispatch confirmation, or begin an approved bespoke service, subject to applicable law.

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance because of stock or pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery restrictions, legal restrictions, or inability to complete the requested customisation. If payment has been taken for an order we cannot accept, it will be refunded.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices, currencies, and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are currently processed through PayPal and any other payment methods expressly displayed at checkout.

Whether delivery charges, duties, taxes, or customs costs are included will be stated before payment at checkout or in a written quotation or order summary. Unless expressly stated otherwise before payment, destination-country import charges are the recipient’s responsibility.

We may use payment, fraud-prevention, and verification providers. An order may be delayed or declined if payment cannot be authorised or verification cannot be completed.

6. Bespoke and Customised Orders

A bespoke or customised order enters production after the client approves the design proof or production confirmation.

After production is confirmed:

  • Changes cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges;
  • The order cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged because of change of mind, subjective preference, aesthetic preference, personal expectations, or dissatisfaction with inherent natural gemstone variation;
  • The client is responsible for reviewing names, dates, measurements, birth information, design details, and other submitted specifications before approval; and
  • Remedies remain available for a verified manufacturing defect or material departure from the approved design proof, subject to the Limited Warranty & Product Policy and applicable law.

7. Shipping, Delivery, Returns, and Refunds

Order preparation, delivery estimates, customs responsibilities, return eligibility, exchanges, and refund procedures are governed by the Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. Available destinations, applicable charges, preparation time, and estimated transit time will be shown or confirmed in writing before payment.

Risk of loss and ownership pass at the time required by the applicable delivery arrangement and mandatory law. Nothing in these terms transfers risk to a consumer earlier than permitted by applicable law.

8. Warranty and After-Sales Service

Warranty coverage, exclusions, natural gemstone characteristics, normal wear, third-party repairs, and service procedures are governed by the Limited Warranty & Product Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Email is the official channel for warranty claims, return requests, repair authorisations, reimbursement approvals, and final after-sales decisions. WhatsApp is supplementary only.

9. Sacred Blessing Service

Where offered, a Taoist or Buddhist Sacred Blessing is a separate service. The service fee becomes non-refundable once the ceremony has been performed, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

A product repair, return, remake, or replacement does not include a refund of a completed blessing service. A replacement product may be submitted for a new ceremony at the applicable rate.

Royal Muse Atelier does not guarantee spiritual, financial, health, relationship, career, or other personal outcomes. Descriptions relating to symbolism, tradition, intention, or spiritual meaning are cultural and expressive descriptions, not guarantees of results.

10. Intellectual Property

The website and its text, photographs, graphics, designs, logos, videos, product names, and other content are owned by or licensed to Royal Muse Atelier and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

11. Reviews and Client Content

If you submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial, or other content for publication, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing.

Submitting content to customer service does not by itself give Royal Muse Atelier permission to use identifiable client content in public marketing. Any public marketing use will require the permission required by applicable law.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the website or products for unlawful activity, impersonation, fraud, infringement, harassment, interference with website operation, or resale based on misleading claims about Royal Muse Atelier, gemstones, blessings, or guaranteed personal outcomes.

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory liability for defective products or consumer remedies.

To the extent permitted by law, Royal Muse Atelier is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for loss caused by misuse, unauthorised alteration, failure to follow care instructions, inaccurate client-supplied specifications, or events beyond our reasonable control.

14. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs delay, natural disaster, epidemic, government action, conflict, labour disruption, or telecommunications failure.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the event and fulfil obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are interpreted under applicable law. Consumers retain mandatory protections available in their country or region of residence, and nothing in these terms requires a consumer to bring a claim in a forum where such a requirement would be unlawful.

Before commencing formal proceedings, please contact concierge@royalmuse.cn so that we can attempt to resolve the matter. Official after-sales claims should be submitted to aftersales@royalmuse.cn.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version with a new effective date. The version applying to an order is generally the version in effect when the order was placed, subject to applicable law.

17. General Terms

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. These terms, together with the policies referenced in them and the confirmed order details, form the agreement relating to the purchase, subject to mandatory law.
