These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Royal Muse Atelier website and your purchase of any products or services ("Services") offered by Royal Muse Atelier ("we," "us," "our," or "Royal Muse"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Royal Muse Atelier specializes in luxury gemstone timepieces, Ba Zi Reading services, Sacred Blessing ceremonies, and Bespoke customization services.

• That readings will be applicable to your individual circumstances

Nature of Analysis

Ba Zi analysis is based on traditional Chinese philosophical practices, not scientific methodology. The analysis represents subjective interpretation of classical texts and patterns. Individual results vary greatly, and our interpretations may differ from other practitioners. We provide our analysis as a cultural and historical perspective, not as fact or scientific conclusion.

Recommended Use

We recommend using Ba Zi Reading as:

• A tool for personal reflection and self-understanding
• Educational information about Chinese philosophical traditions
• One perspective to consider (among many) in your personal journey
• A guide for selecting meaningful personal items (our watches)

We do NOT recommend using Ba Zi Reading as:

• A basis for major life decisions without consulting other perspectives
• Medical or psychological guidance of any kind
• Financial or investment decision-making
• A substitute for professional expertise

3. Sacred Blessing Services

What Sacred Blessing Is

The Sacred Blessing is a traditional ceremonial ritual performed at Tianshi Mansion (Longhu Mountain, China) or affiliated Buddhist sanctuaries. The ceremony involves traditional Taoist or Buddhist blessings performed by ordained masters. By purchasing this service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined herein.

What Sacred Blessing IS NOT

• Religious conversion or mandatory participation in any faith
• A guarantee of protection, prosperity, health, or any specific outcome
• Medical treatment or mental health therapy
• Legally binding or enforceable
• A substitute for professional medical, legal, or psychological advice
• Meant to replace relationships with family, friends, or qualified professionals

Nature of Service

We offer Sacred Blessing as a traditional cultural and spiritual practice, respecting ancient Taoist and Buddhist traditions. The ceremony represents cultural heritage and philosophical practice, not a guarantee of supernatural results. Participants engage on a voluntary basis for personal enrichment and reflection.

What You Receive

• Ceremony performed by ordained Taoist or Buddhist masters
• Video recording of the ceremony (for personal documentation)
• Digital certificate of consecration
• Email confirmation of service completion

NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY - IMPORTANT

Sacred Blessing services are NON-REFUNDABLE once the ceremony has been scheduled and confirmed on an auspicious date.

Reasons for non-refundable policy:

• The ceremony involves coordination with ordained masters and scheduling on auspicious dates in the Taoist or Buddhist calendar
• Sacred ritual materials are prepared specifically for your ceremony and cannot be recovered once initiated
• The date is reserved and cannot be rescheduled without losing the auspicious timing
• Once the ceremony is performed, the service has been delivered

Exceptions to non-refundable policy:

• Before scheduling: If you cancel before a ceremony date has been confirmed, you may request a 50% refund at our discretion (within 7 days of payment)
• Service failure: If Royal Muse is unable to schedule and complete the ceremony within 60 days of confirmed payment, a full refund will be issued
• No refunds after delivery: Once the ceremony video has been delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Ba Zi Reading Services - Refundable

Ba Zi Reading services are refundable within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the service, for any reason. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.

• Refund request: Email concierge@royalmuse.cn with your order number
• Refund processing: 5-10 business days after approval
• Refunds issued to original payment method

Sacred Blessing refund policy is detailed in Section 3 above.

Cancellation Request Process

• Response time: Within 24 hours
• Refund timeline: 5-10 business days after approval

5. Scheduling & Delivery

Ba Zi Reading Delivery

• Processing time: 3-10 business days (depending on service tier)
• Delivery method: PDF report via email
• Report includes: Written analysis, personal patterns, insights, watch recommendations
• Digital delivery only; no physical products

Sacred Blessing Ceremony Scheduling

Exclusive Blessing:

• Typically scheduled within 14 business days of confirmed payment
• Scheduled on auspicious dates according to Taoist/Buddhist calendar
• You will receive email confirmation of ceremony date and time
• Ceremony conducted at Tianshi Mansion or affiliated sanctuaries

Group Blessing:

• Scheduled once minimum group size is reached (typically 3-5 participants)
• Estimated wait time: 4-8 weeks from payment
• You will be notified when your group reaches minimum size
• Ceremony date confirmed via email

Ceremony Video & Certificate Delivery

• Video: Delivered within 5 business days of ceremony via email or WhatsApp
• Certificate: Digital certificate of consecration delivered within 7 business days
• Certificates are for personal documentation only and are not transferable
• Videos are for personal use only; commercial use is strictly prohibited without written permission

6. Pricing, Payment & Taxes

Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). The price confirmed at the time of your inquiry will be honored for 7 days. Royal Muse reserves the right to update pricing at any time without notice.

Payment

• Full payment is required prior to scheduling or delivery of services
• We accept payment via Stripe (credit card, debit card, and other payment methods)
• Payment confirmation will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours of receipt
• Invoices are available upon request

Taxes & Duties

Prices do not include applicable sales tax, VAT, or import duties. Additional taxes may apply depending on your location. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties on your purchase.

Group Blessing Payment

For Group Blessing services, payment is collected once the minimum group size has been confirmed. You will receive email notification before any charge is processed.

7. Data Privacy & Protection

Personal Information We Collect

To provide Ba Zi Reading and Sacred Blessing services, we collect:

• Date of birth (year, month, day)
• Time of birth (if available)
• Place of birth (city and country)
• Gender
• Email address
• Any additional information you voluntarily provide

How We Use Your Data

• To prepare your personalized Ba Zi analysis
• To create your customized report
• To recommend appropriate watch products
• To schedule your Sacred Blessing ceremony
• To send you service updates and confirmations via email
• To improve our services (aggregate data only, without individual identification)

What We Will NOT Do With Your Data

• Sell your personal data to third parties
• Share your birth information publicly or with other customers
• Use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent
• Store your data longer than necessary for service delivery
• Use your data for any purpose other than direct service provision

Data Retention & Deletion

• Ba Zi reports and analysis: Retained for 6 months, then deleted upon request
• Payment records: Retained for 7 years (tax and accounting purposes)
• Email communications: Retained for 1 year unless you opt-out
• You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing concierge@royalmuse.cn

• Share or redistribute ceremony videos without permission
• Use our services to make health or medical decisions without professional consultation
• Rely on our services for major life decisions without other professional consultation
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or practitioners

9. Intellectual Property Rights

Website Content

All content on the Royal Muse Atelier website — including text, images, logos, design, photography, and graphics — is the property of Royal Muse Atelier or its content providers and is protected by international copyright laws.

Limited License

By visiting our website, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to view website content for personal use only. You may NOT:

Your Ba Zi Report

Your Ba Zi Reading report is provided for your personal use only.

Permitted: Download and save the PDF for personal reference; print it for personal use; share it with family members or trusted advisors.

Prohibited: Sell or commercialize your report; publish it online or on social media; use it for professional consultation or coaching; claim it as your own work.

Ceremony Video

The ceremony video is provided for your personal documentation and private viewing only.

Prohibited: Publish, broadcast, or upload to social media/YouTube; sell or commercialize the video; use the video for promotional purposes; distribute to third parties without permission.

Any unauthorized use of your ceremony video may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

No Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROYAL MUSE ATELIER MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING OUR SERVICES:

• Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
• No warranty that services will meet your expectations
• No warranty regarding accuracy, completeness, or usefulness
• No warranty that services are suitable for any particular purpose
• No warranty that services will produce any specific outcome

Limitation of Liability

Royal Muse Atelier shall NOT be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
• Lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data
• Damage to reputation or emotional distress
• Any decision or action taken based on our services
• Outcomes or results that differ from expectations
• Health, financial, or relationship consequences
• Any harm resulting from use or misuse of our services
• Website downtime, interruptions, or technical issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Step 3: Good-faith negotiation for 14 days
• Step 4: If unresolved, dispute proceeds to binding arbitration

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law, with consideration given to the laws of the jurisdiction where the customer is located and international consumer protection principles.

Binding Arbitration

Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by an international arbitration body, rather than going to court. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.

12. Changes to These Terms

Royal Muse reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
