1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Royal Muse Atelier website and your purchase of any products or services offered by Royal Muse Atelier ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Royal Muse Atelier is a luxury atelier offering gemstone timepieces and ceremonial blessing services rooted in Taoist and Buddhist traditions. Our services are cultural and spiritual in nature and are not intended as medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

2. Sacred Blessing Services

Our Sacred Blessing service is a ceremonial ritual performed at Tianshi Mansion, Longhu Mountain (Taoist) or affiliated Buddhist sanctuaries. By purchasing this service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • The Sacred Blessing is a traditional ceremonial service rooted in Taoist and Buddhist practice. It does not constitute a guarantee of any specific outcome, result, or life change.
  • Royal Muse Atelier makes no claims regarding health, wealth, protection, or any other measurable benefit arising from the blessing ceremony.
  • The service is intention-based. Results, if any, are subjective and personal in nature.
  • A video recording of the ceremony will be provided as proof of service delivery.
  • A certificate of consecration will be issued upon completion of the ceremony.

3. Pricing

Current service pricing is as follows:

  • Exclusive Blessing (Taoist or Buddhist Ceremony) — USD $388
  • Group Blessing (Taoist or Buddhist Ceremony) — USD $128 (subject to minimum group size; scheduling may be delayed)

All prices are listed in US Dollars. Royal Muse Atelier reserves the right to update pricing at any time. The price confirmed at the time of your inquiry will be honored for 7 days.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full prior to scheduling the blessing ceremony. We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card). Payment confirmation will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours of receipt.

For Group Blessing services, payment is collected upon confirmation that the minimum group size has been reached. You will be notified by email before any charge is processed.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Sacred Blessing services are non-refundable once the ceremony has been scheduled and confirmed. This policy exists because the ceremony involves coordination with ordained masters, allocation of sacred time, and preparation of ritual materials that cannot be recovered once initiated.

The following exceptions apply:

  • If Royal Muse Atelier is unable to fulfill the ceremony within 60 days of confirmed payment, a full refund will be issued.
  • If you wish to cancel prior to ceremony scheduling (before a date has been confirmed), a refund of 50% of the service fee may be issued at our discretion.
  • No refunds will be issued after the ceremony has been performed and video proof has been delivered.

6. Scheduling & Delivery

  • Exclusive Blessing ceremonies are typically scheduled within 14 business days of confirmed payment, subject to auspicious dates in the Taoist or Buddhist calendar.
  • Group Blessing ceremonies are scheduled once the minimum group size is reached. Estimated wait time is 4–8 weeks.
  • Ceremony video will be delivered via email or WhatsApp within 5 business days of the ceremony date.
  • Certificate of consecration will be delivered digitally within 7 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Royal Muse Atelier and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Muse Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
